Margaret R. Mantoni
President and CEO
After spending 30 years as the CFO, Marge became the President and CEO in February 2020. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and worked in a local accounting firm for eight years before joining the Loomis Communities. She serves as Chair of the Board of the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Audit Committee of the United Way, and serves on the Capital Projects Planning Committee for the City of West Springfield. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Western New England College. She lives in West Springfield with her husband Paul. Marge has two grown daughters.
Michael Jarry
Chief Financial Officer
After 20 years as serving in various accounting and finance leadership roles, Michael became the CFO of the Loomis Communities in September of 2024. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and prior to joining the Loomis Communities, Mike worked in an international accounting firm for five years before pivoting to various operational finance leadership positions in the not-for-profit healthcare industry. He has a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth. Michael lives in East Longmeadow with his wife Shannon and they have two young children.
John Anz
Director of Development and Community Engagement
John joined the Loomis Communities in January of 2022. Prior to that, John held development and leadership roles at the Williston Northampton School, the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA, Berkshire Hills Music Academy, and the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. Before his pursuits in Philanthropy and the Arts, John had a successful career in college coaching, first at Harvard University, and then at his alma mater, Trinity College (CT). John lives in South Hadley with his wife Brenna. Their daughter Teagan is currently in college and their son Bennett lives in Baltimore. When not at work or spending quality time with his family, John enjoys attending and presenting live music, and promoting and supporting the future of culture and the arts here in South Hadley, the Pioneer Valley, and beyond.
Maureen O’Toole
Executive Director of Loomis Village
Maureen joined The Loomis Communities in July 2017 after working for the Masonic Health System for 8 years. Most recently as Executive Director of The Overlook Communities in Charlton, MA and previously as Administrator of Overlook Health Center at Northampton, MA. Maureen also worked in the Philadelphia, PA area for several nonprofit organizations that serve older adults. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from LaSalle University (Philadelphia, PA), and a Master of Science in Gerontological Services from Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA), and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
Lori Todd
Executive Director of Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing
A Registered Nurse with experience working in hospitals, private industry, as well as home care and long term care environments, Lori has brought her passion and talent to the Loomis Communities for over 20 years. As an Eden Associate, as well as a CARF surveyor, Lori works to improve the lives of elders, pioneering cultural change on ideas of aging to the The Loomis Communities and the community as a whole. She currently serves as western Massachusetts representative to the MA Culture Change Coalition. Lori resides with husband in West Springfield, is the mother of 4 grown sons and grandmother to 4 grandchildren.
Kristen Lamoureux
Executive Director of Applewood
With experience in nonprofit leadership and management over the past fifteen years, Kristen was formerly the Vice President at The Arc of Opportunity with oversight of programming and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Recently the Vice President of Recovery Environments at Community Healthlink/UMass with oversight of residential programs and housing for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Kristen holds a Bachelors from Assumption University and a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kristen started her career as a mental health clinician working with people across the lifespan. She is a certified executive and leadership coach. When not at work, Kristen enjoys travel, spending time with family, and watching the Patriots.
Louis Iannuccilli
Director of Home and Community Based Services
Lou joined Loomis Communities on May 10, 2021. Prior to joining the Loomis Communities family; he worked as the Senior Executive Director for Holiday Retirement in Vero Beach Florida. Lou has mainly worked in the North East area. Prior to working in Florida he was the Regional Director of Operations for Norwood, MA based, LCB Senior Living, overseeing communities in NH, MA and CT. Furthermore he served as the Senior Executive Director for Brookdale Senior Living for nine years. Lou is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Hospitality Management
